Terms of use

These terms apply to bookings of the conference and arbitration rooms at Room 66, Alli Chambers, Tamarind Lane (Muddhana P Shetty Marg), Kala Ghoda, Fort, Mumbai 400001, operated by G M Holdings.

Bookings

A booking reserves one room for the date and time shown on your confirmation. Rooms are for meetings, arbitrations, depositions and similar professional use. The rate is Rs 3,000 per hour (Rs 6,000 for two hours), inclusive of GST. Standard timings are 9:30 am to 7 pm. Sundays, early mornings and late evenings are available on request and are confirmed by us.

Payment

You can pay online at the time of booking by UPI, card or netbanking, or pay on the day by UPI, bank transfer, cheque or cash where we have agreed this with you. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card or bank details. A GST invoice is issued on request, with the GSTIN you give us when you book.

Use of the rooms

Please leave the room and equipment as you found them. You are responsible for loss of or damage to the premises and equipment caused by you or your guests. Smoking is not permitted. We may end a session that disturbs other occupants of the building or breaches the building rules.

Liability

We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as power, network or building-access failures. Where we cannot provide a room you have booked, we will offer another time or refund what you paid for it. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
