Cancelling a booking

You can cancel online, free of charge, up to 48 hours before the start time. Use the link in your confirmation, or message us on WhatsApp.

Within 48 hours of the start time, a cancellation is at the discretion of the receptionist on duty. If you do not turn up and have not told us, the booking is charged in full.

Refunds

If you paid online and cancel in time, the full amount is refunded to the same card, UPI account or bank account you paid from. Refunds are started within 2 working days and usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

If we cannot provide the room you booked, you can choose another time or a full refund.

Free sessions

A free session earned through our rewards offer has no cash value. It is returned to you if you cancel in time and expires 90 days after it is issued.

Services, not goods

Room 66 provides room hire on the date and time booked. Nothing is shipped or delivered.
